I was really frustrated with the check-in process. They wouldn't accept Apple Pay, and I had to pull out my physical credit card and ID. Plus, the staff wasn't helpful at all. Just made everything feel more inconvenient.

Excellent base for 6 nights. Nicely decorated family room with views of city. Had perfect a fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave.

A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Large units with amazing view and really kind staff. Particularly good, easy location in Melbourne CBD district right by Coles, other shops and the stadium.

I had a fantastic stay with very comfortable beds and an amazing view of the city and Fitzroy Gardens. The location was perfect, just a short walk to restaurants, shopping, and the Queen Vic markets, and the staff were accommodating, even allowing me an early check-in.
Breakfast option could use more variety to choose from.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was close to transport and had great views. The service was fantastic, especially from the staff. Our room was spacious with a kitchen, washer, and dryer. The facilities, like the indoor pool and gym, were brand new and well-maintained.
We recommend this hotel to everyone. There are no downsides here.

I had a pretty good trip! The location is super convenient, just a couple of blocks from the main train station, which was a lifesaver. The apartment was modern, spacious, and really clean. I also loved the gym and pool facilities-they were great for unwinding after a long day of exploring!

Packed with surprises, Good and Bad
The one-bedroom apartment was spacious with beautiful views and amazing facilities like a sauna and jacuzzi. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The indoor pool lacked depth and parking can be tricky during peak hours, impacting your arrival. Don't expect late check-in flexibility either.

The room was just amazing-modern, clean, and I loved being able to open the windows for fresh air even in winter! Plus, the indoor swimming pool and sauna were perfect for after a day of exploring. The only downside was a bit of wind noise at night, but it didn't take away from how much I enjoyed my stay. 😊

Amazing Modern Apartment with Great Views
The room was modern, super clean, and had beautiful views over the city. I enjoyed the convenience of being close to Southern Cross Station and the lovely kitchen that came fully equipped for any meal prep I wanted to do. Just a heads up, though, the building creaked a bit during windy nights, which might disturb light sleepers.

great space but slightly chilly pool
The one-bedroom apartment was spacious and impeccably clean. I particularly appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, made meal prep easy! The fine city views from the 23rd floor enhanced our experience, providing amazing sights at night. A quick jaunt to Coles and Flagstaff Park made outings with the kids convenient.
The pool was colder than we expected, limiting our enjoyment .
